Our Workflow

  1. Discovery & Vision – we sit down together, define the goals (budget, schedule, aesthetic, performance).

  2. Design Phase – concept, schematic, renderings, plan-set preparation, permit submission.

  3. Build Phase – contractor procurement, schedule setup, mobilization, site management, periodic reviews, punch-list & close-out.

  4. Value Optimization – for investment projects we include resale strategy, staging input and market considerations.
