Single Family Home Remodel

Built in 1904, this single family home had undergone a lot of change and eventually, abandonment. After living across the alley from this house for a couple of years, we finally decided to take this project on with the encouragement of our neighbors. While keeping the original wood work, custom built ins, and charm of the house, we were able to revitalize and update the home to more modern standards and finishes.

We added a family room, bathroom and laundry room to the original unfinished basement. We also added a primary suite on the 4th floor which was originally just an attic space. The new large suite included a bedroom, sitting room/nursery, walk-in closet and bathroom.
