Single Family Remodel and Addition

This single family home remodel and addition was designed to accommodate an expanding family and to take advantage of the extended living space that the outdoors offers. Although the winters are long in Minneapolis, the spring, summer, and fall provide a great opportunity to open up the house to the exterior. Designed to expand the living space on the second floor while having a minimal footprint down below, this modern expansion and front porch redesign fused perfectly with a light interior remodel of the back of the house.
