Detached ADU

This ADU was designed for a multi generational family and group of friends. Having already renovated the existing single family dwelling extensively and adding several units inside, they turned their attention to the remainder of the lot. We completed this ADU design to be different than the existing historically designated home while also contextually appropriate for the neighborhood of Golden Hill.
