Detached ADU

​

This ADU was designed for a couple that had recently become empty nesters. They wanted to create an ADU for them to live in, with privacy and the best views of the canyon. The existing single family home is now rented out to a long term renter. The ADU was designed with a solid and angled wall facing the new neighbor to create a sounds and visual barrier into the ADU but to also maintain the existing homes yard and view to the canyon.
