New Construction Detached ADU

This single story ranch style San Diego detached ADU was built next to the existing garage. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ADU. However, to add to the square footage of the ADU which came in at 499 square feet, the home owner also built out the garage as a living space. When land costs are high and the parents move into the main house, you have to get creative!
