Internal ADU: Garage Conversion

This existing garage was converted into a studio ADU. With just 280 square feet to work with, the space used a loft and bright colors to make it feel generously spacious and comfortable. The fenced off portion of the driveway allows for the expansion of the internal living space to the outside providing more space for guests.
