Detached ADU

This ADU was designed for multi generation living. Funded by the whole family, this is an excellent example of using the space you have to build security and support for your family for generations to come. Tasked with creating a unique design, this project showcases not only our design aesthetic but also a true collaboration with the owners in redlining designs and selecting finishes. The design incorporates an abundant amount of natural light, an expressive staircase, high vaulted ceilings, and the roof is orientated and angled for optimal solar panel performance. This ADU is a great example of one that is up front and center on the lot and really represents the unique and exciting energy this family has.
